The Motor Repair & Winding Divisions are well equipped, both in terms of personnel and resources, to carry out all types of rewinds, overhauls, refurbishments and redesign to all industrial machines.

Midland Mechanical Engineering provides mechanical support from a well equipped workshop which includes a 10 tonne cranage and a comprehensive range of machinery. An electronically controlled dynamic balancing machine with 4.8 tonne capacity and a 5 foot DIA swing is used to balance all types of rotors, impellors, cylinders and fans to a very high degree of accuracy. 

This Division provides on-site services for installation, repair and maintenance of equipment and our in-house fabrication and welding facilities enable the repair of replacement and damaged components, often more quickly and efficiently than the manufacturers, thus avoiding costly downtime.

Major refurbishment projects on both Cryogenic and Liquified Gas Pumps are regularly undertaken worldwide.
